OK here's the details. Nothing on 80M, no transmit or receive. 40M, low to no receive and no xmit. 20M, rec is there (low) and xmit is low, about 40W (see pic 8). 15M little to no receive(nearby sig gen only) and no xmit. 11M About 60 or so Watts out and heard a fair number of skip stations off a 25' wire antenna. 10M About 50 or so Watts out and easily heard the nearby sig gen (last pic). I think sensitivity may be down overall along with the above observations.

Controls all seem to be OK unless I missed something. In other words, I didn't notice anything else but could have missed something. Only SSB filter on filter board. Good cosmetics showing some typical light wear. Nasty reflections are off the old original clear plastic panel cover which is typically buckling in "old age"!

Output tubes tested about 75-80%; 12BY7 driver fine. It may or may not work at all when you get it!
