It has been professionally modified and setup to. Swing full power from a lower dead key. Modulation is controlled by your mic gain.

You may have to "back the mic gain down" when you have the variable power set low or you could overmodulate. Makes a great Mobile or Base Station if hooked up to appropriate power supply.
