The output was actually measured at 144MHz-12W and 430MHz-8W. The items for sale are the main body of the rig, the microphone (HM-36), the power cord (unused), and the instruction manual (copy). The exterior is relatively clean, and I think the volume and switches worked normally. I've used both bands on CW/SSB/FM without any problems, but I haven't tried all the features. There is a dedicated satellite mode that can simultaneously receive two waves and support satellite communication with simple operations.
